What we collect, and why.

Short version: we only collect what you type into a form, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it.

Who we are

BrandCraft is an event planning company based in Anchorage, Alaska, and the producer of Christmas for All. This site is brandcraftstrategy.net. Questions about this policy go to contact@brandcraftstrategy.net.

What we collect

• Forms. When you write to us, sign up for the dates, or ask about sponsoring or donating gifts, we keep what you entered: your name, email, company, phone number if you gave one, what you are writing about, and your message. We also record the time, the page you sent it from, and your IP address to block spam.
• Payments. Donations are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Your card details go to them, not to us. We receive your name, email, the amount, and a receipt reference.
• Site statistics. We use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you. There are no advertising trackers on this site.

What we do with it

• Reply to you and follow up on your enquiry.
• Send the one email you asked for about the event dates, if you signed up for it.
• Send sponsors and donors information about the event they are supporting.
• Thank donors, and list sponsors publicly where they have agreed to that.

We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Only the services that run the site: our host (Cloudflare), our email provider, and our payment provider. Each processes your data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and sponsor records are kept for the current and following event year, then deleted unless you are an ongoing sponsor or client. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

Your choices

Email us to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Every mailing we send has an unsubscribe link.

Children

This site is for adults arranging sponsorship, donations and attendance. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Photographs of attendees, including children, are only taken and published with consent given at the event.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
